Should you experience a problem with any of the products purchased or services utilised at a Payzone retailer, you should bring these to the attention of that retailer as soon as possible as we have processes in place to ensure you are reimbursed for any products purchased that prove to be faulty.

If you experience wider difficulties with the product (for example difficulty with your prepaid mobile account), you should direct your query to the provider of that service (in this example, your mobile operator). Payzone do not manage the Customer Care services for our Partner companies.
