From 16 June 2008 3V has reduced the fee for buying 3V Vouchers with a value of EUR 100.00 or less. The surchange fee structure is as follows:

€20.00 3V Voucher - no additional charge
3V Vouchers from €30.00 to €100.00 - fee reduced from €5 to €2.50

We are also pleased to confirm that the commission earned by retailers from 3V vouchers remains unchanged and is not affected by the reduction in consumer prices.

Additionally, the redemption fee for Vouchers purchased on or after 16 June 2008 is EUR 5.00. The redemption fee will be applied automatically to every unredeemed Voucher two months after the expiry date. There is no change to the fee charged to redeem Vouchers purchased before 16 June 2008.

3V Users can continue to transfer funds from one Voucher to another Voucher for EUR 2.50 using the Online Customer Services section of the 3V site up to 2 months after the expiry date of the Voucher. It will not be possible to transfer funds from a Voucher after the redemption fee has been charged.
