NEW KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER AT PAYZONE

Payzone, Ireland’s largest consumer payments network, is delighted to announce the appointment of Brian Rouse to the position of Retail Key Account Manager.  The appointment builds on Brian’s previous roles in Payzone, in which he has served as both account manager and sales representative over the past six years.

 

In his new role, Brian will be responsible for directly supporting key retail accounts, symbol groups and multiples, working at both head office and at store/branch level, to ensure Payzone can provide maximum value to its customers.       

 

Prior to joining Payzone, Brian worked in sales roles for both Diageo and Pernod Ricard. 

 

Brian is a first class honours graduate of the Bachelor of Business (finance stream) course at Sligo Institute of Technology.  He is a native of Ballina in Co. Mayo.

Payzone Ireland Announce WERS Waste Recycling as new Partner in The West of Ireland

WERS Ltd. (Wheely Environmental Refuse Services) was established in 1989 by the Gleeson brothers, Pat, Martin and Paul. WERS Ltd was amongst the first to to provide a wheely bin service, which today is available throughout Ireland. WERS offer a range of domestic and commercial waste services, ranging from the household wheely bin to the large commercial skip.

The company provides a wheelie bin service in County Galway, covering north Galway, south Mayo and south Roscommon. The company is the first private operator to introduce a compost facility to householders in Tuam. Compost is currently being disposed of at the Galway Corporation compost facility.

WERS Ltd also operate a recycling facility at their Tuam premises. WERS recycling sorts and bales recyclable waste into individual components such as cardboard, glass, plastic, wood construction rubble, cans and organic waste.

WERS will be offering a Pay-As-You-Use card to their customers which helps control customer budgets and is efficient for the retailer as no tag stock needs to be kept.

This exciting adtion to the Payzone suite of partners strengthens the Payzone services further in the west of Ireland.
