Three customer refunds
If you have recently received a refund letter from Three you can redeem your refund in cash from one of our 3,500 Payzone Agents nationwide.
How Does It Work?
- Bring your letter containing the barcode to your local Payzone Agent
- The shop attendant will scan the barcode using the Payzone scanner
- Their terminal will display the amount of your refund
- They will then give you your cash refund and a transaction receipt.
