Three customer refunds

If you have recently received a refund letter from Three you can redeem your refund in cash from one of our 3,500 Payzone Agents nationwide. 

How Does It Work?

  1. Bring your letter containing the barcode to your local Payzone Agent
  2. The shop attendant will scan the barcode using the Payzone scanner
  3. Their terminal will display the amount of your refund
  4. They will then give you your cash refund and a transaction receipt.
