Tesco Mobile Customer Refunds

Tesco Mobile have recently issued letters to a number of their customers outlining they are due a refund and that this transaction can be processed through a Payzone Agent. Tesco Mobile customers can claim their refunds up until 15th January 2022 at 11:59PM.

How Does It Work?
  1. Customer will visit Payzone Agent, with a letter containing a barcode
  2. Shop attendant simply scans the barcode using the Payzone scanner or select the Cash Payout option within the Payzone menu on the Terminal or Till System
  3. The Terminal / Payzone Application will display the amount to be refunded to the customer
  4. Select OK and complete the transaction
  5. Shop attendant issues cash payment and transaction receipt to the customer
