Payzone’s accessibility statement

At Payzone, we want everyone to be able to use our services easily. We are working to meet the rules set out in the European Accessibility Act (EAA). This means we aim to make our websites, apps, and other services easier to use for everyone, including people with disabilities.

What we are doing

We design our websites and mobile apps using accessibility standards. This helps make sure our services work well for as many people as possible.

Here’s what that means:

• Text is easy to read and you can make it bigger without losing any content.
• It is easy to move around our site using a mouse, keyboard or screen reader.
• Forms and buttons are clearly labelled and easy to use.
• Content is written in a simple way that works for people with learning or thinking difficulties.
• Our websites and apps work on different devices and with assistive technologies like screen readers or magnifiers.
   

Point of sale terminals

We install terminals for new and existing clients on an ongoing basis.
Older machines do not have features to support people with sight loss. However, all new machines include audio help. This means the machine can speak instructions to guide you through your payment.
 

Payzone website and apps

• Our website is being updated to meet these standards.
• Our mobile apps are being updated to meet these standards.
• Our online payments and fundraising platform is also being updated.
