Payzone has a long history of developing and promoting its people. If you put your hand up and express an interest in an area or want to develop yourself further within the business, you will get nothing but support from your colleagues, management, and leadership team to help you do so. On the job learning

Payzone develops future talent in a number of ways, starting with on-the-job learning. This involves sitting with and being coached by people already skilled and experienced in the area that you want to develop. This hands-on approach ensures that you gain practical knowledge and skills directly from experts.

“I started on the helpdesk in November 2015. I picked up skills and knowledge about the company I still use to this day. After 1 year on the helpdesk, I moved into our Sales Admin team vetting applications for new businesses for 2 years. In 2019 I moved into the inside sales team doing telesales and then managing that team of 4. In January 2023 I moved into the role of Area Manager.”
